Through Pen and Compass, Roger supports JSL Engineering with precise drafting and documentation services. He helps turn engineering designs into clear, permit-ready drawing sets for residential, commercial, and multifamily projects.

After authorization, we develop the engineering design and coordinate with your team. The deliverable is a complete set of stamped, permit-ready drawings. We stay available for plan review responses during the permit process.
Structural engineering focuses on the building itself: foundations, framing, beams, columns, shear walls, and the load-bearing systems that keep a structure safe.
